Shipping policy

Order Processing:

We commit to processing all orders within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, from the receipt of your order confirmation email. Additional notification will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs:

The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of placing the order. They may vary depending on the chosen destination and selected delivery method.
Please note that shipping fees are waived for orders destined for mainland France.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. This number will allow you to track the progress of the delivery. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
